This idea popped in my head the other night around 4 a.m. (I was up feeding the little one). I was thinking about how bad the weather has been every where except good ol' California and I thought this was perfect! So here I used From my Kitchen for the cows( I <3 those cows!) & I just colored in the details with some markers. The scarves and hats are from Winter Woodland. The little snowman is from Doodle Charms and the sentiment is from All Mixed Up and I welded on the Gypsy. Did some embossing with the cuttlebug and inking and also added some stickles ..I tried to make the stickles look like snow. TFL!!

Too cute Joanna! Always love those "happy cows" commercials on t.v. I'm originally from the midwest and our best friends here are from WI. We be happy to live in CA too. LOL this is the cutest EVER! xxD
