Hugs & Kisses

I got some new Valentines stamps at JoAnns yesterday and I couldn't wait to try them out! I love this little teddy bear...so this was pretty simple, I just used punches for the circle & the scallop circle, inked both, added some dots w/my white gel pen and pop dots. Then stamped the sentiment w/red stazon ink and added the heart border. TFL!!
