Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day! I celebrated my 1st as being a new mom and it was great!
This week at BBTB2 the DT was asked to use a tag from TBBM but that's one I don't have, so I used a tag from Plantin Schoolbook ((If you want to play along but don't have a certain cartridge, feel free to use any cart! we love to see you work!!))...Also we have Peggy Loves Vintage sponsoring us this week. That's where that cute hula girl came from! Check out the Etsy shop, she has amazing vintage images to chose from! I love anything vintage so I was so happy to join in this week!
I used Life's a Beach for the palm tree, sand, and waves. I did ink the edges for a more vintage feel.
I want to use this as a bookmark, so to be sure everything stays glued down, I used the glossy modge podge. It really helps to seal everything..and it makes the flowers pop a little more!
Be sure to check out BBTB2 for more amazing ideas from out talented DT! Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Joanna,
Wow I just found your blog and must say I love your work. I really like the way you use your patterned papers and the way you make everything just pop with your white pen. I think you will become a great inspiration to me. Hope you don't mind if I scraplift a few ideas. :o)
