Cristina's Blogaversary Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to Cristina's blogoversay blog hop! Please start HERE, if you came from Erin's blog you are in the right spot!

Cristina asked us to make a project inspired by her..well that was kinda hard to do, because she is a very talented little lady and all of her projects are just super cute! I decided on an adorable card she made with two hearts..I loved the mustache on the 'guy' heart and it gave me a chance to play with the newest PKS release of the Accessories ONE set.
So I made an embellishment  (I plan on adding ot to my anniversary page soon)..
pattern paper-Cosmo Criket

Isn't that cute! LOVE it! I made it by welding two hearts together from the Doodlecharms cart, the Peachy faces make it so fun!
I used the Boy Mates and the Princess faces.

I do have some blog candy of my own that I am giving away..
(this is part of my 1400 follower giveaway too)
Just leave a comment for a chance to win!

Mi Amore Blog Hop

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Mi Amore Blog Hop! I hope you are enjoying your Valentine's Day so far! If you are joining us in the hop, please start HERE, if you came from Lauren's blog then you are in the right spot!

Since today is THE day of love, we were asked to create any type of love themed project. So I have 2 fun cards to share with you all today! :) Hope you like 'em!

For my 1st card I experimented with some digital images from the Sweet Shoppe, I printed the little bee tag out twice and did some paper peircing, stickles, inking and pop dots. I love the end result with the big chipboard stickers and the finishing touch of twine and a few buttons...

I love the non-traditional colors in this card too!

For my next card I was going for more of a vintage Valentine look. I got the adorable image as a freebie from Peggy Loves Vintage, printed that out and did a LOT of inking up the edges for a worn look. I found the sentiment in my stash of rub-ons and the heart is from the Simply Sweet cartridge, I inked that up and covered it in MS coarse glitter.

To finish the vintage-y feel, I had to distress my twine with Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress ink. I think it turned out great!

There you have it! I hope you like my little creations!

To celebrate this lovely day I would like to give away some blog candy to one lucky winner.
Here's what you can win:

It was a fun time for her...and I have to admit I wasn't sure where that relationship was going at first, but the two of them are made for eachother! ;)

So here's a few details:
I bought the candy jar at Wally world for 3 bucks..I used the Create a Critter cricut cartridge for the 'Nuts about you' and the squirrel, Gypsy Wandering for the scallop circles ((I've been addicted to scallop circles all week!)) and the adorable face is from the Peachy Keen-Wided Eyed and Bushy Tailed assortment and I get my twine from Scrappy Mom's.
LOVE it!

For your chance to win the PK-758 Wide and Bushy Tailed 1-1/8" set please leave me ONE comment on THIS post! Thanks!

Advent Calendar Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the Advent Calendar Blog Hop! Please start the hop HERE at Angelica's blog (Hand Made by Angelica), if you just arrived from Janie's Blog (The Typical Scrapbooker) then you are in the right spot! So I'm sure by now you have seen some amazing ideas for advent calendars! We have a very talented group of ladies and it's so great of Ruthie to put this whole thing together!

Well I've never ever made an advent calendar before, so I was a little bit challenged at first coming up with ideas. And I have to admit I did procrastinate and didn't finish mine until a day ago! lol..I hope you like it, I think it ended up coming out very very cute! There are lots of little details so you can click on the pics to get some close ups! ;)
I found this green magnetic dry erase board at Michaels for 5 bucks, and it worked out so perfectly! It's 14x14 inches..I cut a 10x10 piece of cardstock and layered it with 2x2 inch squares for each day. I made 4 magnets with my itop to hold the calendar to the board. Each day has it's own unique embellishment and number ((those are EAD rub-ons)).
For the title I wanted it really glittery and used the MS coarse glitter.
I think it went on a Peachy Keen overload..but that's ok..I love my PKS! ;-)

I also made those acrylic blocks using Tim Holtz fragment pieces. Just use glossy glaze to glue down to pattern paper and trim around! Super easy!

I'm so proud of my little gingie's.. I colored in with my Prisma colored pencils.
Those are from the new PK release -Too Sweet to Eat-.

The hubs liked the "fat reindeer" lol... :P

I love the lil' snowman..he's just chillin'!

Another cute gingie boy!

And the last day is ..BABY JESUS!
What Christmas is all about! ;)

Yay! you made it through all my pictures! lol..
Well I really hope you likey my calendar, it was a lot of work and long nights (well, one long night!).

I have some blog candy for you all!
I am giving away a set of Peachy Keen Stamps!
To have a chance to win just leave me ONE comment on THIS post and if you would like to become a follower that would be great!
