Hi everyone, I've been feeling kind of under the weather lately and I'm skipping work today to rest. Ugh..being sick really sucks! It just zaps all your energy! :(
I did get a few cards done over the week I wanted to share today. I finally got my Jolly Holidays cartridge from the Site-to-Store pick-up from WalMart, I was one of those people with a sad Black Friday story, came home empty handed and just ordered it online, but it took almost 2 weeks to get here! Anyhoo..I don't think I will do black friday shopping again, too many crazy people out! lol...so here's two quick and simple but oh so cute Christmas cards..
For this card I wanted the penguin to look like she was standing on the pink hill on the pattern paper (the snowflakes are glittery too!). I used the the PK Critter Faces in Med. and the sentiment is from Scrappy Mom's 'Winter Wishes' set.
For this next card I used the PK Christmas Character Face Assort. and the sentiment is from a set by Recollections (from M's). The Xmas tree is from the Doodlecharms cart and I added some Frosted Lace Stickles .
Well I hope you like my cards..I'm gonna drink some hot tea and hopefully feel better by tomorrow!

Very cute! Glad you got your cart! My Walmart was sold out of everything too and still is:( Oh well, things could be worse right. Hope you feel better soon, seems to be this time of year, everyone is sick.

That is the most adorable penguin ever! I really love the detail you added with the white pen. The little elf is not bad either!
