Cricut Cardz Challenge-Christmas Card

Hi there! I'm back with this weeks Cricut Cardz Challenge! And this week the theme is to make a Christmas card using the Card Feature from any cartridge.

Well, I totally scraplifted my card from one of my favvvvvvorite people---->Kristina Werner<---- I have been a HUGE fan of hers for as long as I can remember...I would stay up at all hours of the night watching her YouTube videos and I have learned sooo many different techniques from her also. I love her style and I just loved this card she made a few days ago, I just had to try it myself! Here is the link to check out her card and how to video HERE..and here's my card..
Isn't this too cute! I made a window card from the Wild Card cartridge and the adorable little gingerbread is from the Smiley Cards cart...I heat embossed the snowflakes with clear powder and the sentiment with white powder.
I even gave her some bling on her bow! The sentiment is from the 'Winter Wishes' stamp set by Scrappy Mom's Stamps and the face is from the Peachy Keen Snow Cuties 1 1/8".
I hope you like it! Be sure to check out what the DT made, you will have so much inspiration!
And don't forget to check back later for my PEACHY KEEN SNEAK PEEKS!!

Cricut Cardz Challenge ~Thanksgiving Card~

Hi there! Well I thought I was going to be able  to get some more Halloween cards done, but I don't know if that is gonna happen now! Most of my DT work this week is for the other holidays..which I'm really looking forward to. So that brings us to the Cricut Cardz Challenge and this weeks theme is to make a Thanksgiving card using any card feature from any cricut cartridge. I did something I usually don't do and made what I call a 'cheater card' lol..I know it's not really cheating, but when I make the card feature cards I feel like it's cheating just a little lol..I also used yellow as my card base, which I don't think I have ever done and I stamped the 'blessing' border but I wasn't to sure if I liked it or not..what do  you think??

I used the Winter Woodland cartridge for the card...yes I used a Christmas cart for Thanksgiving! :) I've loved that lil' squirrel since the first time I laid eyes on it! lol..So anywho I hope you like my card and I hope you all can join in the challenge! Have a great day!

Anything Goes-Cricut Cardz Challenge

Hi there! Today is a fun day because it's Team #1's turn over on the
and the theme is 'Anything Goes'.
These are my favorite kind of challenges cuz you can do anything  you want.
So I have been eyeing this cute little setiment from The Charmed Life stamp set by Scrappy Mom's stamps and it fits perfect with the tie from the Simply Charmed cart...
I wanted it to have a fun face, and I think I got it right on target with the PK Make a Monster face.
I even had the perfect ribbon with the stitching to match my beautiful faux stitching! LOL :)
That's all for today, hope you all can join in the challenge, be sure to check out what the talented DT made! Have a great day!

Cricut Cardz Challenge~'Z' fold Halloween Card~

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today is Team 1's week on the Cricut Cardz Challenge and we had  to make an 'S' or 'Z' fold Halloween card. I love this fold, but I always forget about it.  We were also able to use any cricut cartridge we wanted. So of course I ended up using Mini Monster AGAIN! I just can't get over how cute all the little cuts are on this cart! My first plan was to use the Halloween images from A Child's Year, but it just wasn't working out. I'm so happy I decided to switch it up, cuz I looove the end result!

What do you think? I was going for a pumpkin patch look.  I used the
and the
The sentiments and the spider are from a Halloween stamp set by Fiskers I got at JoAnn's.
For the Spider I drew a little stitched web..I thought it looked cute! And the 'Boo' sign is cut from Walk in My Garden.
I hope you all can join in the challenge, thanks for stopping by!
Don't forget tomorrow is the Peachy Keen Blog Hop! I'm so excited, this will be my first time hopping with my new PK design team! We will be showcasing the September Releases and there will be lots of blog candy! So see you then! :)

Cricut Cardz Challenge-Halloween Card Feature

Hi there! Today is my turn (along with Team #1) over at the Cricut Cardz Challenge and  this week Mary choose to have the DT make a Halloween card using any card feature on any cricut cartridge. So this was my chance to play with Mini Monsters again, and I used the Fence Card. I also added the cute little ghosts and cat along with the tombstone. And of course I had to give the ghosts and kitty and Peachy face! I used the Pumpkin Faces and the Simple Sallies face (I also added little whiskers on the cat)..I even did the inside of the card! Wow ..I think that's a first for me! lol..I hardly ever do the insides but it came out great, so maybe I will start doing that.
The fence opens...

Here's the inside..I used a Scrappy Mom's Stamp from the ~A Haunting We Will Go~ set.

So fun! I am loving making these Halloween cards. Yesterday I pulled out all my Fall decorations and was burning my pumpkin oils now I am totally in the mood for Fall to be here!!
So I hope you all can join in the challenge and make sure you check out CCC for more fun Halloween cardz! Have a great day!

Little Easter Chicks

Hello everyone, I hope you all are having  a great weekend so far. I am so tired, I only got 4 hours of sleep last nite because we were helping my sister-in-law move, then I had to be up at the crack of dawn and be at work for a team meeting..(ugh!)..I'm glad I am finally home and I can relax!..So I made this cute little chicky card the other day I just barely am able to post it (I've been busy!). I used the Easter '10 cart for the lil chicks and I am going to enter this into this weeks Cricut Cardz Challenge for the week, we needed to make an Easter card using any cart...I think it came out cute, but I think it ended up looking more like a 'country time' Easter..Lol..
ALSO....
I have been working on a mini baby scrapbook, I can't wait to share it. It's about half way done and super cute already...I already took it to work and my clients loove it! ;p So hopefully I will be done with  that soon! TFL!

Birthday Piggy

Here's a little card I made for one of my girlfriend's daughter. She just turned one and she loves pigs, so I came up with this cute card for her. I used My Community for the pig and her clothes. I used Sweet Treats for the cupcake and Walk In My Garden for the flowers. I did a bit of inking and doodling and used pop dots for the cupcake. I'm sure she will like it, she's only one so I don't think she's too picky yet! lol...I'm also entering this one into the Cricut Cardz Challenge this week, we have to make a card for a birthday boy or girl...TFL!

Spring Chick-a-dees

Hi everyone...so here's a fun spring card. I made it for the Cricut Cardz Challenge #13 (to make a 9x4 card). This is  my first time making a card this size so I had plenty of room to fill up! And I think I may have gone a lil overboard...lol..but I think it's super cute! I'm also entering it into the BBTB2 -Cutting Cafe contest-we just have to do a springtime project w/the color orange. So here I used Stretch Your Imag. for the card base, the frame and the birdies. And everything else was stamped. I love the way the flowers came out...and the lil ladybugs are so cute..well thanks for taking a look! :)

Love Turtles

Hi everyone...here's another Vday card! This card is for the Cricut Cardz Challenge #10 , we had to do a valentines project using the colors green, lavender, white & black. For this one I  used the Walk in my Garden cart for all  the cuts..I did some doodling, inking, gave the turtles some black gems for their eyes, added some buttons and a bow. Thanks for taking a look!

Thinking of You

I just looove the Paisley cartridge! This little doll is adorable! So here is my first attempt at an 'S' fold card for the Cricut Cardz Challenge, I think it came out pretty good (if I do say so myself! lol). This week we have to make a 'thinking of you' card with the 's' fold. It's pretty simple to make and it looks like it took a lot of time..but it really doesn't. So here I cut the doll from Paisley and inked all the layers, did a little bit of stickles and embossing. I added some flowers and stamped the sentiment on the inside. Hope you like it!TFL!

To a Fun Guy

I could not wait to use my new Paisley cart...especially when I saw all the cute mushrooms! I've had this sentiment brewing in the back of my mind for a long time, so I'm glad I got to finally use it. This card was made for the Cricut Cardz Challenge-to make a masculine type card. I think my husband would like it for his b-day (not til March tho). The letters are from All Mixed up & welded together. TFL!

Thanks a Ton

Here's a fun thank you card...I saw this saying while I was surfing the web and I thought I could brew up a card from that! lol..the elephant is from the Destinations cart...that's a fun cart if you do a lot of traveling or if you wish you could (like me!) and the words are from Cuttin' up and I welded them with my gypsy. And to top it off a few pearls in the corners and a flower and a lil bit of rick a rack ribbon. TFL!
