Little Hooters Mini Album!

Hi there...yes I made a mini album with hooters! hehe LOL...I thought it was time for another! And for this mini I used the Hoot n' Holler Lite Cart and I did lots and LOTS of stickles and doodles and tags and stamping, flowers...and much more! I welded everything with my Gypsy and layered all the pieces from there. I kinda did the same technique with this one as my Zoobaloo mini. It measure 5x6 inches and has 5 pages and 4 tags. Take a peek...
Behind each page is a stamped sentiment and a tag with a lil flower...
Hoo-ray for Scrappy Mom's Stamps! :)
And lots of ribbon and twine to finish it off!
Well there's my newest mini, I really LOOOVE Hoot n' Holler, I guess I didn't realize how much I love owls until now..lol!

Cutting it close, but worth it!....mini album!

Hi everyone again! Yea I am cutting it very close for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge this week. My entry needs to be in within an hour and a half, but I just finished! This week Emma is showcasing Zoobaloo (one of my favs!) and the theme is to make anything animal inspired. So I decided it was time for another super cute mini album! ((yay!)). I really love the end result of this one and I hope you all love it! I used only the Zoobaloo cart for the animals and I also used a variety of paper flowers, brads, stamps, tags, twine, googly eyes, glitter paper, doodling and I including some sentiments from Scrappy Mom's Stamps and I even perfected the whole eyelet/crop-a-dile thing that I've been struggling with.. lol ((that's for you Sandra!)) so here we go...

What do you all think? I really love all the glitter papers (they came from the Animal Crackers stack...I think DCWV)..I wasn't gonna do googly eyes at first, but I think they work perfect! I really could have done a ton more pics of all the details, but I think you all get the idea! Thanks for looking!

Now I will share with you my project! I am so excited because I just love the way this came out and I've been dying to show you all! I made another mini album using the SWEETHEARTS cartridge. Here is my 'Just Married' mini album.........
I used blue, white, and black throughout the book. I used the shadow feature for the base of all the pages and used white chipboard.
I used a pop dot for the just married sign. Here is page 1 and 2...
I embossed all of the picture frames with the cuttlebug and they are cut at 3.5x 5in...

I added some pearls to the gown..

And some black gems to dot the 'i's

Added a few black gems as buttons on the tux..Here are pgs 3 and 4...

I also added black ribbon to the corners of the frames and used glue dots to adhere the little black hearts.
I added blue prima flowers with a pearl as the brides bouquet...
And I used my silver glitter gel pen to trace the lines the cricut cuts..Mr. and Mrs...
Here are pgs 5 and 6....

I just love this corner flourish on this cart, it's so pretty and elegant!...

I used a pop dot on the bottom of the heart but left the top free to add a pic!

Well there it is! I hope you all liked it and hopefully it inspired you to make a mini album. They really are pretty easy and fun. I can't decide whether to give it as a gift or keep it for myself, I just love the end result!  lol!

BBTB2 Bee Challenge and Blog Hop!

Hello everyone! This is my second challenge as part of the DT for BBTB2 and it's also our Blog Hop time!...we were asked to use the Bee from Sentimentals but I don't have that cart yet, so I chose the bee from Create a Critter. I welded the bee hive together on my gypsy to make it into a card. I cut the yellow layer just a little bit smaller so it created a shadow and ran it through the cuttle bug. The bee is just too cute I thought..and super super easy to layer. The bee hive had a smaller heart on the top of it, but I cut it off and added a bigger heart and layered it from the Paisely cart.I stamped the sentiment, added faux stitching, added the cute little prima flowers with the lil yellow button and did some inking. Hope you like it! Now onto the BLOG HOP!...

You can start the hop from the BBTB2 blog HERE or if you came from Enfys blog then you are in the right spot! Here is the blog candy I am giving away..it's a super cute mini album I just finished using Create a Critter..the lucky winner will be drawn on Thursday April 29th, ( I will use Random.org) all you have to do is leave a comment and make sure you are a follower!.....
All of the envelopes and tags were cut from Plantin Schoolbook and each tag is stamped with a cute woodland critter, there is room for journaling and to add pics.. :)
This was a lot of fun to make and I hope however wins loves it as much as I do!
