PKS -Let's Face it Friday Challenge -Fabric Scraps

This is my 2nd posting for today. Please click HERE or scroll down to check out the new Scrappy Mom's Stamps release, thanks! :)
******************************************

Hello Peachy Friends!
It's time again to share another PKS Let's Face it Friday
The theme this week is to add some fabric scraps into your project and make sure to use a Peachy face to play along!
I made some more Christmas tags to add to gifts..I'm sure I will be making  more of these soon! :)

Aren't these cute!? I love 'em! I used the Snowmany Face Assort. for both the snowman and gingie. I used my Cricut to cut both, I used the Doodlecharms cart for the snowman and Winter Frolic for the gingie. I've been making rolled fabric flowers lately as hair accessories and thought it would look super cute to add to a tag. I also added a little fabric scraf to the snowman. Hope you like them!
The "Christmas" sentiment is by Scrappy Mom's Stamps (A Holiday to Remember) and the 'Happy Holidays' is from PKS Christmas Greeting Words.

Make sure to check out all the details and see what the rest of the DT made HERE.

P.S. If you haven't heard yet PKS is also having a DT Call going on right now! So if you ever wanted to be apart of this fabbie team, make sure you apply! :)

***********************

Hi everyone! Today is the Let's Face it Friday Challenge on the Peachy Keen Challenge blog. This week the challenge is to make a "Peachified"card or page with your favorite holiday recipes.
I LOVE this challenge especially because I LOVE to bake during the holidays so I have a ton of favorite recipes. But recently my new favorite are these super yummy Pumpkin Spiced Chocolate Chip Cookies, I  found the recipe HERE, and the best part is that they are low-fat! :)
Here's my "Peachified" recipe card..I even laminated it with my YourStory

I used the PK-292 Faceless Corn for the fun faces on the pumpkins.

I wanted to type out the recipe on the back but my printer is outta ink! Darn! ..but that's ok, I just hand wrote everything and added a cute sentiment to the bottom from Scrappy Mom's Stamps 'A Pinch and a Dash' stamp set.

Hope you likey!
Check out what the rest of the Design Team made  and link up HERE...there's always a fun Peachy prize being given away! :)

PKS -Let's Face it Friday Challenge -Creepy Cute

This is my 2nd post of the day, please CLICK HERE for the new EAD co-branding post! Thanks! :)
******************************

Hi everyone! It's that time of month again..time for another PKS Let's Face it Friday! Since we are so close to Halloween time, the theme is just perfect ~Creepy Cute~ my kind of thing! :)
We were to make something that might give us the creepy crawlies but in the cutest Peachiest way!

So I thought it was time to make another layout..this picture was taken last year, this was Natalie's 1st Halloween and she was a cute lil' Pumpkin and I was a Vampire..lol :) when I was growing up my parents didn't allow us to celebrate Halloween, so as I've gotten older I try to have fun with it..this year Natalie is gonna be a Ladybug and I'm working on something for myself but I'm kinda stumped..any suggestions?.. I can't wait to share some fun pics..and of course scrap them! hehe :)

For my layout I used the Echo Park Apothecary Emporium collection and my Mini Monsters Cricut cartridge for the spooky characters and Monster title. I also used the Something to Celebrate Cricut cartridge for those rosettes (I LOVE making those!). I got a fence border punch on clearance for like 5 bucks at M's so I HAD to test it out! :)

For my monsters I used the PK-692 Monster Mash Face Assortment.

I was also inspired my this week's Pencil Lines sketch 256:

I hope you enjoyed my layout!
You can get more inspiration from the DT HERE and link up your projects, we love seeing what you guys make and of course there is always a great prize to win!

PKS -Let's Face it Friday Challenge -Windy

Hi everyone! Today is the 26th Let's Face it Friday Challenge on the Peachy Keen challenge blog. This is the challenge that is dedicated to all those wonderful Peachy faces! I hope you can join us this week, there is always a fabulous prize to be won!
Here was the challenge we had to go by:
Swirls of wind remind of of flourishes and whimsy. Make a project that whips up our imagination.
As soon as I saw wind and whimsy I thought of flying a kite on a windy day and the joy it brings to a child. So here is what I came up with..of course it's nice and bright and makes you feel good! :)

I just got the Echo Park Country Drive collection and thought it would work perfect with this card.
I used a few different Peachy stamps..Snow Cuties for the girl, the small You are My Sunshine to paper piece my sun, and the sentiment is from the Vivienne and Friends set. Hope you like it! :)

Make sure to click HERE for all the details and check out what the talented DT made! :)

P.S. Monday (10/17) starts the PKS mini blog hop, we will be showcasing the newest releases and the super cute Country Bumpkin stamps! I can't wait to share my projects! :)

Time flies! ..so anywhoo the challenge this week for Let's Face it Fridays is all about Leaves for Fall. I love, love, love this time of year, so this was right up my alley!
We were able to make anything as long as we add our Peachy faces and add leaves.
Well I'm planning on making a batch of Pumpkin Spiced chocolate chip cookies ((I found a yummy recipe here))..and I wanted to package them nicely to give to some friends.
Here's my little altered treat bag..

I used some vellum to layer and soften the background. The papers are from a super cute stack I got from M's (Night and Fall). And the of course used my Peachy faces..I used the newest PK-486 In Stitches face assortment for my pumpkins (love that set!).

PKS -Let's Face it Friday Challenge -Furry Friends

Happy happy Friday! Well I guess it's not that happy cuz I have to work..lol just kidding! heehee..hopefully it will be a busy a day for me...anyhooo..today is the 22nd Let's Face it Friday over on the Peachy Keen Challenge blog. The theme is to create something with animals on it and of course add a cute Peachy face.

I made this layout for Natalie's 1st birthday..I know another layout! and with no photos! omg! lol..for some reason the pics I have of her bday came out really dark when I got them developed, so I need to go back and edit them and then I will add them to this cute page! At least the page is done..that's what matters right!? :)

I used the Baby Steps Cricut cartridge for all the fun die-cuts (the teddy bear, title and cupcake) and all the stickers and pattern papers are by Momenta...this collection is my fave! (PA-2386 LPA Pyramid Pad)

I used the PK-440 Cute and Cuddly face assortment on the bear.

I can't wait to add pics to this..it's weird for me making a LO with no pictures, but it does make it easier once i get them developed.
Hope you like it!

Click HERE for all the challenge info...the prize is pretty sweet, hopefully you can join in!

I was also inspired by Sketch 133 from The Scrappiest.

PKS -Let's Face it Friday Challenge -Shaped Cards

Hi everyone! I know it's been quite around here, but I have some good news..I got my mojo back! lol.. I just needed a little time and some inspiration.
That brings us to today's project over on the Peachy Keen challenge blog the DT was asked to make a "Peachified" shaped card. My inspiration is my sweet friend, she's having her 1st baby and I'm soo excited for her! I'm thinking of attempting a diaper cake for her shower, I've never made one before but I got one for my shower and thought it was the cutest thing. Does anyone have any sugesstions or tips on making one? I'd love to hear! :)

Anywhoo, here's my card for the challenge, I used the Baby Steps Cricut cartridge and the PK-Boy Mates face assortment and all the pattern papers are by Momenta. Since this cartridge doesn't have a shadow feature I just used a brad to attach the 2 layers..super easy!
*The sentiment is by Scrcappy Mom's "Special Delivery" set.

Hope you like it! Be sure to visit the PKS challenge blog for more inspiration and more info. The prize is pretty sweet! ;)

Have a great weekend!

Peachy Keen-Lets Face it Friday- "So Punny"

Hi everyone! Today is Let's Face it Friday over on the Peachy Keen Stamps challenge blog. This is the challenge where you are to use a PKS face stamp on your project...today's theme is "So Punny"..we are to create a project with a PKS face and any pun you'd like.
Well this was easy for me because Scrappy Mom's Stamps has tons of punny sentiments  to choose from, so then I just had to pick the perfect thing to cut on my Cricut.
I decided on this adorable squirrel from the Just a Note cartridge and gave him a face from the PK-Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed assortment and paired it with a sentiment from the "Furry Friends" stamp set by Scrappy Mom's.

All of the pattern papers are by October Afternoon Fly a Kite collection. I also pulled out my buttom studio for my handmade buttons.

I hope you like it and I hope you can join in the challenge, there is a great prize to be won!
Click HERE for all the details.

Have a great day! :)

Hey there! Today is the Let's Face it Friday challenge over on the Peachy Keen Challenge blog. The theme this week is "Old School" -creating a project based on the year you graduated and make sure to "Peachify" with a fun face!
This was kind of a hard challenge..I was trying to think of the things that went on when I gradutaed (in 2004, so it wasn't that long ago)..but I just decided to go with a senior year layout. I actually made a graduation LO back in the day when I first started scrapbooking and I had to laugh at the way I used to scrapbook..boy have my skills improved! lol..

Here's my new page..
((sorry for the bad lighting, that's what I get for taking my pics late at night! ))
I used the PK-590 Blushing Bride assortment for my grad-gal
Aww I was so young here..only 18!

I made a little scene at the botton of my page by paper peicing the school/bus from the pattern paper and I used my cloud punch and my button maker.

I hope you like it! If you want to join in the challenge you can make anything from the year you gradutaed..from music you listen to, your hairstyle, clothes, your car..anything! As long as you add a Peachy Keen face to it!

Click HERE for all the details and check out the fun projects from the DT!

Let's Face it Friday Challenge & some EAD cuteness!

For the Scrappy Mom's Birthday Blog Hop CLICK HERE.

Hey there! Wow this week has flown by! It's been a very scrappy week for me, I think I will take the weekend to relax! :) ....so today is the 17th Let's Face it Friday Challenge at the Peachy Keen challenge blog. This week the theme is to create a patriotic card representing your country. Remember to join in this challenge you have to use a PKS face  on your project!

Here's my shape card, representing the good ol' U-S-of-A!

I'm lovin the way this turned out! It was a fun one to make too! Here's some details..
The little boy is from the Playtime cartridge..his flag was acutally a net, but I thought it looked close enough to a flag, and it worked! The star I cut from A Chlid's Year, but I think there are a few stars on other carts too. I wanted a zigzagy scallop circle and the only cartridge I found that on was the Easter 2010 seasonal cart..and the 'freedom' is from the Graphically Speaking cartridge.
The pattern papers are from a few differnet collections..MyMindsEye, MarthaStewart, K&Co..and the 'freedom' is on glittery white cardstock (but it's kinda hard to tell). And the USA stickers are by Cosmo Cricket.

The face I used is from the PK-460 Happy Lashes assortment..I think those are my current favies right now...lol..I hope you like it!

Come join in  the challenge..one random winner will be picked to win the new Sampler Face Pack and  the super cute Skunk set!!
